Be sure to read “The E-Myth Revisted” (Michael Gerber). I can’t count the people who receommended that I read the book. I finally started it the other evening on a plane and I could hardly sit still. It is a phenomenal book that every church leader must read. I can’t believe it took me so long…
I would like to recommend also “Beyond Homelessness: Christian Faith in a Culture of Displacement” by Steven Bouma-Prediger and Brian J. Walsh. It is a superb book on ‘displacement’ of all sorts and about ‘home-making’ and ‘home-coming’. Every page is worth reading twice and research in the footnotes is worth rewriting in your journal for future purchases of excellent books and materials. Great book from two superb, prolific and 21st century scholars. – Zack Plantak
YES, YES! I have this book in a special part of my library for books I must read soon! I am just dying to get to this. Thanks for letting everyone else know about it. I’m afraid I still can’t get to it until at least this Fall.
